This listing is for a Vintage SKL (Spencer Kennedy Labs) Model 503 Fast Rise Pulse Generator, using Vacuum Tubes.
Powers on and generates a pulse train. We were able to vary amplitude and frequency, reverse polarity and confirm that the rise time was much shorter than the decay time. Pulse train was dirty, particularly when the amplitude control was adjusted, so that pot may need cleaning or replacement and doubtless some caps will need replacing, etc. One of the trigger input binding posts is loose. No other testing was performed and due to its age and the fact that older components can fail at any time it is sold as-is, as a restoration project and officially "for parts or not working".
This is the only one on the market with photographic proof of pulse output - don't let it get away!
