Vintage NYC Fire Dept Wool Coat Merson Uniforms

Description

Vintage NYC Fire Dept Wool Coat Merson Uniforms.  This beautiful coat does not appear to have been ever worn.  The buttons are hard to button, as though it is brand new.  The only sign of its age is the satin trim around the maker's label as shown in the 2nd photo.  The lining has also 2 places of minor damage which appears to be from tge hanger that it was stored on.  See photo 3.  The exterior is in excellent condition.
Measurements are as follows:
Chest- measured from armpit seam across the front and doubled=42".
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam=20".
Length, measured from back of collar to bottom of coat=45".
Sleeve, measured from center seam on back to shoulder and to cuff=37.5".
