Hello, You are bidding/looking at:  Datapulse Model 110B Pulse Generator - Untested
This item is from an estate auction from a huge lot of vintage electrical components, testing equipment and radios. This item is used and has visible wear, plastic screen sides have alot of scratches, face plate shows some wear and staining from use.  All knobs, button and switches are unbroken and move.  There is no power cord so we were unable to test it.  Has handles that look like it was in a rack setup at some point.  Please see all photos and if you have any questions, please ask.  Item is SOLD AS IS.
