In this auction we offer:
synthesizer module designed to generate stable signals in the X band, i.e. 10GHz. The subassembly is a complete device, i.e. for its operation you do not need any external circuit, and also to change the frequency of the synthesizer. NOTE! The frequency of the synthesizer is changed using internal DIP switches, i.e. the internal processor does not require external programming. The subassembly is ideal as a heterodyne generator for amateur devices on the 10.5 GHz band (3 cm). The device is divided into two independent functional blocks, i.e. a synthesizer system and a microwave multiplier system. The signal is generated as follows: synthesizer x3 duplicator x2 duplicator. The microwave doubles is assembled in a separate module (located above the synthesizer module). If necessary, an external generator signal can be fed via the SMA socket. In this way, we use the duplicator system itself. The second SMA socket on the synthesizer board outputs the signal with a frequency 6 times lower than the output frequency. Perfect for connecting a frequency meter. In this way we obtain the measurement of the actual output frequency. The minimum step of the output signal, set by jumpers, is 0.5 MHz, but due to the fact that the reference source to the system is an internal 10MHz generator, an external signal, e.g. from a DDS board, can be used instead of the internal frequency standard. In this way, we obtain a smooth tuning of the generator, while maintaining high stability. The processor to control the synthesizer has its own quartz resonator. The whole device is built very solidly. It consists of aluminum, milled, silver-plated blocks. The subassembly has an additional shock absorber to prevent microphonics. The output power at 10GHz is up to + 10dBm, i.e. 10mW. So it is enough to drive the mixer, or after tuning to 10.5 GHz it can be used directly as a transmitter. Technical data: Output frequency (synthesizer setting range): 11.300GHz - 11.500GHz After changing the control of the divider module (changing the pattern frequency), the operating range is 10.2-12.5GHz (it has been checked). The smallest synthesizer step: 500kHz. Output power: + 10dBm. Signals: Fwy / 6 and Fwy / 2. The assembly is very clear. Power supply: Weight- blue + 12V- yellow - 12V- black Dimensions: - length 90mm - width 48mm - height 41mm Condition: VERY GOOD - only minor scratches / dirt (from storage). Condition exactly as in the pictures.
