    wI don't know how to test it so it comes untested but from an estate of a HAM guy. It’s in great shape and powers on and switches and knobs turn as they should.  I put price at 0 but can come down if that's too high.  The only one I saw sold was a buy it now for 0 untested so I'd do that unless it goes for 0.
