    Condition is "Parts/Non-working". Shipped with UPS Ground.
    This is a device I do not fully understand. I tested it with the internal frequency standard (see pictures). I didn't get results inputting my own external standard. So it is being sold as is. Parts/Non-working.
    The condition is used. Expect wear, scratches, and residue. See pictures for details.
    Shipping cost is calculated. I will combine shipping if you purchase multiple items at the same time. Purchase as usual and I will refund the shipping saved. Or if you would rather, I can send an invoice. Just ask.
