AD9854  supplied by 5V1A power；
Output frequency 0---100M, resolution 0.001HZ or above;
The output range 0 - 1VPP (1M high resistance), the amplitude will decrease with the frequency, and the resolution of the magnitude is 1024.
Phase resolution: 0.0022 degree.
