Here is our test procedure...
- All digits and digit segments tested
- x10 & x100 tested
-Correct decimel point shift confirmed
-All buttons cleaned with DeOxit
-Lock tested in x1 and x10 mode with hold > 15min
-Frequency display calibrated
-All button caps remain tight
-Cal light operates
-Over-range light operates
-External frequency counter tested at 10MHz with better than -20dB sen.
-External 5MHz reference confirmed OK
We test these counters in a fully operational HP8640B
