HP 8116A Pulse Function Generator 50MHz
Has scuffs, scrapes and sticker residue.
This listing was changed from "used" to "parts" because after this unit sat on the shelf for a few months and then was powered up, it took about 15 seconds for the unit to complete its boot up. When it was powered up, all the lights came on and stayed on for about 15 seconds, then it began normal operation.  This power up situation could be repeated intermitantly over several days.  Now I can't get it to show that power up issue anymore, but I didn't change or fix anything so the issue could come back.  After it completes its boot up, everything works good.

Battery was recently replaced.
GPIB tested ok.
Fan works good.
No power cord, cables or scope included.
May need calibration.
