Up for your consideration is a very nice GW Instek GRG-450B RF signal Generator.
General Description:
GW Instek was the originator of units like the GRG-450B.  There are many "look
alikes
" out there but the 450B was and is the original.   This unit has a frequency range of 100 kHz to 150 MHz, and even has an internal 1 kHz modulation level that is adjustable.
This unit has two RF output level settings.  On the LO (pull the RF LEVEL knob out), I measured a maximum signal out of a little over 8.7 mV and on the High side (RF LEVEL knob in), the maximum output was approximately 146 mV.  The levels are adjustable. Both measurements were made on a calibrated Boonton 92EA RF millivoltmeter.
I have done my best to calibrate this unit so that the analog dial corresponds to the correct frequency, and I have attached a few photos depicting this.  All measurements were made on a calibrated RACAL-DANA 1992 Frequency counter and all equipment had been warmed up for nearly 1 hour.
This signal generator is a great signal source for someone looking to get started in radio repair.  This is the unit I used for many years when began learning to repair CB radios.
This unit will include a .pdf version of the operating manual on a USB drive, and an AC cord.
The Boonton 92EA, the RACAL-DANA 1992, and the General Dynamics R2670B communications analyzer are not included.
