    Description

    Parts Unit. This is sold as is, no returns allowed. No Accessories, No Warranty.
    Unit shipped to customer with line voltage set to 120V operation. Customer most likely power up with 230V thus damaging the unit.  Replaced broken fuse holder.  Set back to 120V line operation and found no display and no front panel operation.  Traced problem to a defective -10V power supply.  Using external -10V supply found most ICs that use -10V are shorted.  Those ICs are obsolete and not available anywhere
