Fireman's Dress Uniform with 14 FD buttons Jacket with Trousers/Pants Dry Clean

Description

This is a firefighter's dress uniform - coat and trousers/pants.
Pants show a label with size 33R - it may have been altered.
Fully lined coat. There is a kick pleat on back of jacket (trying to show in picture)
Label on pants reads: Flying Cross by Fechheimer, Union made in U.S.A., Care instructions:  Professional Dry Clean.
Label on jacket reads: Kale Uniforms Custom Tailors
There are 4 large buttons on front of jacket, 1 small button on each of the 4 pockets on front of jacket, 2 small buttons on each cuff and 1 on each shoulder (total 14 buttons) each reading: FD.  The uniform or the buttons do not show city, town or state.
As a novice sewer, I have attempted to take the following measurements, all approximate:
Sleeve: under arm seam 17 inches; from shoulder to cuff 23 inches;
Back of jacket - there are two main panels in back, each 8 inches and there are two small panels under armpit, each 3 7/8 inches.  Again - these are approximate measurements.
Trousers:  inseam 31 inches. Zipper front with metal fastener (not button).
Could be used for Halloween Costume!
