The brand is DISNEY & IS SIGNED. I have no knowledge of the creation of any of the components of this item.
THIS IS COSTUME KEYCHAIN ACCESSORY:
(NO precious metal markings present as far as I can see). This is used so normal wear.
This looks wearable to me as-is after a clean-up, but please view pictures and evaluate for yourself.
