Shipping methods:
All our eBay items are in stock and will be shipped within 2 days after receiving the payment.   We use FedEx Express for most orders (lengths under 14" and small quantities) and delivery will take 2 to 3 days for most of the USA. We use FedEx or UPS Ground for larger orders, which will take 2 to 4 days. Extra time will be required for further deliveries. Please do not use the PO Box address.
No overnight shipping. Order well ahead of time. We can replace any missing items, correct our mistakes, and or pay for exchange/replacement but at regular shipping cost.

REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY
Non-defective items:
We will accept returns of non defective items within 14 business days for a refund of the item value only. Return shipping must be covered by a buyer.
Missing or defective items
must be reported no later than 2 days after the item is delivered. Please contact us immediately and include pictures of any defective items on the eBay messages.
All refunds are subject to deduction of our shipping cost, even if marked Free Shipping
